This site is meant to help foster communication between the people and groups interested in the upcoming X-ray Minimum of Eta Car to take start on or around 2450799.792+2\times2024=2454847.792= January 16, 2009 (with about a \pm 2 day error). The X-ray minimum should last about 3 months.
